PAYMENTS
Registration payment is required in full at the time of registration. If you do not make the full payment, your registration will remain in your shopping cart and you will not be able to join the class, league, or camp until the payment is complete. Please note; that only online payments can remove registrations from the Shopping Cart Status. To secure your spot; please log in to your account and complete the registration process.
If you cannot make the full payment; contact staff in the Sports & Rec. office to discuss setting up a payment plan. If a payment plan is approved, the balance must be paid in full before the last session or week of your child's class, league, or camp, and only by credit card payment
REFUNDS
· After-School Programs: No refunds will be issued after 2 whole weeks before the start of classes.
· Basketball: November 1st
· Recreational Soccer & Tiny Tikes: February 1st for Spring and August 1st for Fall
· Summer Day Camps: June 1st
LATE PICKUP POLICIES
"Late fee for picking up children past the end of classes or camps"
Failure to pay in full all past-due balances, on the current due date will result in cancelation of your registration for classes or leagues. It is important, to ensure that your payment is received on time to avoid disruptions to your participation in Sports & Recreation Ministry activities.
