INCLEMENT WEATHER POLICY
At Northside Sports & Recreation Ministries, the safety of our staff and children is our top priority. In the event of inclement weather, we will strive to maintain our regular operating hours. However, if conditions become hazardous, we may need to close for the day.
The decision to close early or open late due to natural disasters such as snow or ice will be made by the NUMC Administration. Families involved in the Sports and Recreation Ministry will be informed of any changes before 8:00 am through various channels:
- TV news announcements regarding APS closings
- Updates on the church, Sports & Recreation Ministry, and preschool websites
- Email notifications
If Northside Church remains open but the administration office decides to close early due to severe weather, families will be notified via email. While we strive to accommodate working parents by staying open, we reserve the right to cancel classes if necessary. Please note that registration fees will not be refunded in the event of closures or cancellations.
Thank you for your understanding and cooperation as we prioritize the safety and well-being of our community during inclement weather conditions.
