Here's how you can get involved:

This year’s Interfaith Community Thanksgiving Service will be online through Christ Covenant’s YouTube channel at 5:00PM on Sunday, November 22. This will be a time of thanksgiving and gratitude; the collected offering will go to Atlanta Food Bank. You can find their channel by searching “Christ Covenant Atlanta” on YouTube. Contact Rev. Catherine for more information.

After prayerful discernment, we have decided to delay the resumption of in-person Sunday School classes. The recent spike in COVID-19 metrics led to a reconsideration of our original November 29 date. We will continue to monitor the situation and advise the congregation when a new date is set. Your welfare is our top priority, and we remain confident of our safety protocols for Sunday morning, in-person worship. Worship will continue both in-person and online; Sunday school for all ages will remain only at 10:10AM for all ages. You can find links and details on our calendar.

Pastoral Care is requesting volunteers to deliver poinsettias and our 2020 Advent Devotional, written by Dr. James Johnson, to Northside members in their homes or senior living residences. If you would like to spread some Christmas joy and cheer to others this December, please email Leigh Ann to arrange a pick-up time from Wednesday, December 2 to Friday, December 4.

2020 hasn't felt the same. We all need a little Christmas hope, peace, joy, and love. Join us outside on December 23 for professional family photos, hot chocolate and cookies, festive carolers, Holy Communion, the Nativity animals, and the gift of a Christmas book. The cost is $20 per household; a portion of all proceeds will support our partnership with Good Samaritan Health Center. Registration for this event, as well as for Christmas Eve worship, opens on December 6. Space is limited due to COVID protocols. Register here.

Lil' Hoopsters is a developmental program for 4-year-old players, led by Rising Stars Basketball Coaches. Players will be introduced to the key fundamentals of basketball in a socially distanced setting (i.e. dribbling, passing, shooting, and footwork). Registration is open to participants who will be 4 by December 12, 2020. Cost is $150, and the season runs from December 12 to February 6, 2021. For registrations and general questions, please contact Jim Horesco.

Northside Church members have committed to giving $2,257,075 towards our $5,208,195 goal for the 2021 Operating Budget. If you have not yet completed a Commitment Card, you can do it online at
