Here's how you can get involved:

For nearly 150 years, Wellroot Family Services (formerly called The United Methodist Children’s Home) has nurtured the feeling of home for Georgia’s most vulnerable children, teens, young adults, and families. When you give to Wellroot, 100% of your gift provides children and families the power to realize their God-given potential. Give a gift that nourishes the soul and helps create a safe, loving home. Click here to donate—be sure to choose "Wellroot" as the fund.

“Calm your mind, body, and spirit” with Breath of Life Yoga. This meditative and restorative class is led by Laura Currie. She combines the physical practice of alignment-based yoga and prayer. Additionally, this unique blend increases your strength, balance, and flexibility while building an intentional connection with God. Join us on Tuesdays and Thursdays at 9:30AM via Zoom and in person. Click here for details and registration.

Join a monthly Spiritual Direction Group. As a trained spiritual director, Sue Allen trusts these truths: We are not in charge; we are not alone; we are lavishly loved by our Creator, our Savior, our Guide; and listening to God together, we better sense the Spirit’s daily lead.

Why not take 90 minutes monthly to prayerfully reflect together on how God is at work among us, directing our daily lives? We will explore together what we are losing, what we are learning, and what we are loving during this unprecedented time. Sign up now and join us on Friday, September 25.

Amazing Athletes uses a multi-sport program to benefit children ages 2½ to 6 years physically, mentally, socially, and emotionally. Our program introduces the fundamentals of 8 different sports (soccer, hockey, volleyball, basketball, lacrosse, football, track and field, and baseball) in a non-competitive environment. Classes begin September 15 and will be held on Tuesdays at 12:30PM at Northside through December. For more information and registration, visit the Sports & Rec website.

Join the Youth Choir on Sundays, from 4:00 to 4:30PM! We will be meeting virtually and will take the time to fellowship, play games, and work on musical selections. Opportunities to sing in the service will be available. Join us as we seek to learn more about God through music! Contact Nathan Schreer at for more information.
