BREATH OF LIFE YOGA

Treat your body and soul with Breath of Life Yoga. This meditative and restorative class is led by Laura Currie. She combines the physical practice of Alignment Based yoga and prayer to calm your body and spirit. Additionally, this increases your strength, balance, and flexibility while building an intentional connection with God.
