BREATH OF LIFE YOGA

“Calm your mind, body, and Spirit” with Breath of Life Yoga. This meditative and restorative class is led by Laura Currie. She combines the physical practice of alignment-based yoga and prayer. Additionally, this increases your strength, balance, and flexibility while building an intentional connection with God.


TIME: Tuesdays & Thursdays from 9:30 am to 10:30 am | In Person and Zoom

REGISTRATION POLICY

  • Drop-ins are welcome. Please register by 8:00 am the morning of class
  • Payments can be made in person via check or online via credit card. Please note, we are no longer taking cash payments.
  • Check Payments: Classes are $15 each or $72 for a bundle of 6 classes. Please make your check out to NUMC and bring it with you to class-please do not mail it. Register by emailing Laura.
  • Credit Card Payments: Classes are $15.45 each or $74.16 for a bundle of 6 classes (these charges include a 3% processing fee). Once have completed this process, you are registered.
  • We also offer Zoom classes. Please use the online portal to pay by credit card and then email Laura for the Zoom link.
