In Lil’ Dragons, students will not only get an introduction to martial arts, but also get great exercise, learn flexibility, and develop their motor skills, all the while having fun, playing games, and singing the Lil’ Dragons song!
Students will also learn about the respect and politeness that martial arts teach, as well as “stranger awareness.”
At the end of the class, students will be given a “belt test” to showcase for their parents what they have learned during the course.
