Core Strength


Strengthen your core with a 60-minute, full-body workout led by Martha Kimbel. The work out focus on your abdominals through a 20-minute cardio segment followed by 40-minutes of strength training with free weights, Pilates and stretching.

Martha Kimbel


Martha Kimbel is a certified Health Coach, Personal Trainer & Group Fitness Instructor with the American Council on Exercise (ACE).  She holds advanced certifications in

Sports Nutrition, Pilates, and Core Fitness & has produced two fitness videos.

A graduate of the Univ. of Maryland, Martha has a BA degree in Speech Pathology & Audiology.

The approach to her work is a fusion of her dedication to fitness & nutrition & her love for the Lord.

Martha is married to Chris & they have three married children, a precious granddaughter & a beloved golden retriever.
