A full body workout with focus on the abdominals for 60 minutes. There is a 20 minute cardio segment followed by 40 minutes of strength with free weights, Pilates and stretching.

Martha Kimbel, founder of Heart, Soul & Strength Fitness Ministry is an ACE certified Personal Trainer and Group Fitness Instructor. She holds certifications in Pilates & Sports Nutrition and is currently working on two certifications; an advanced certification in Lifestyle and Weight Management and Advanced Health & Fitness Specialist with the American Council on Exercise(ACE).
A graduate of the University of Maryland, Martha has a BA degree in Speech Pathology and Audiology.
Her exercise DVD’s are the outgrowth of her fitness classes at Northside Church in Atlanta where she has taught classes for l5 years. Martha has been teaching fitness classes throughout the country for 30 years.
Martha was a nationally featured columnist for Christianity.com where she wrote a daily fitness article. For two years she worked with Ann Louise Gittleman, Ph.D, C.N.S., author of the Fat Flush Series and a national expert in nutrition. Martha was Dr. Gittleman’s fitness expert on the website forum, www.annlouise.com helping clients from all over the world.
The approach to her work is a combination of her love of exercise and nutrition with her love for the Lord. She says, “We must be both physically as well as spiritually fit. As we strengthen our temples for the Lord and allow Him to empower us to live according to His will, we become all that He has created us to be.”
Martha has been married to Chris for 31 years. They have three children Ross, Laura, Paige and two beloved golden retrievers.
