A full-body workout with segments of Cardio, Strength, Pilates, Barre (isometric movement) & flexibility training. The segment followed by 40-minutes of strength training with free weights, Pilates and stretching.
Marla-Deen Brooks began teaching group fitness classes during law school and truly found her love. Throughout the years she has taught cardio, strength, cycle, Pilates, yoga, boot camp, and interval training classes, in various gyms and studios in Atlanta as well as privately. She has obtained a nutrition certification and blogs on her healthy living site, MarlaDeenFit.com. She has a passion for sharing health and fitness to help clients in their wellness journey, as well as sharing her faith. She is thrilled to be back at Northside sharing workouts that are fit for everyone! Come Join the movement, sweat, and fellowship!
